James Fritz

Originally from Kentucky, James Fritz started comedy in the great state of Chicago. After ruining his credit score there, he made his way to sunny Los Angeles to positively embrace the West Coast lifestyle. Before leaving, he was named “Best Stand-up” by the Chicago Reader. The Chicago Tribune called his comedy “a seamless blend of humor, honesty and fearlessness." He was featured at the High Plains Comedy Festival, Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Just For Laughs Chicago, Red Clay Festival, Crom Fest, and The Fest in Gainesville. Since moving to LA, he has performed at The Meltdown, Hot Tub with Kurt and Kristen, The Comedy Store, The Hollywood Improv, Dynasty Typewriter, UCB, and co-hosts the much-beloved east side late night bar show Night Coffee. His album, "Still Together," was released by ASpecialThing Records in November 2016, right in time for the world to end.
